The ultra-cool styling throughout perfectly reflects the owners graphic design background and the top quality fixtures and fittings, Duravit bath and shower rooms and handmade Neptune kitchen also add to the luxurious touches that make up this stunning family home. The property also has the benefits of private parking, an enclosed garden and incredible views of the Salcombe Estuary from both the open-plan living area and the master bedroom. The local Spar shop is just a short walk away and the centre of town offers an array of popular pubs, restaurants, boutique shops and interesting art galleries as well as beaches, watersports and immediate access to the South West Coast Path. Fastnet is a truly fantastic house which perfectly caters for either families or groups of couples and will no doubt exceed guest expectations.
