This lovely apartment has a secure gated entrance and has undercover parking (a very rare feature for central Salcombe). The property has a great open plan living area on the top floor with glimpses of the estuary and there is a small enclosed deck area at the rear. The central location means all of the towns pubs, restaurants, shops and the passenger ferry to the beach are all within very easy walking distance.
