If what you are looking for is a spacious and tastefully appointed apartment, the soothing sounds of the sea and amazing views from the sunny terrace of the nearby beach and coastline, well look no further. 4 Sandhills is a south facing luxury retreat, perched on the hillside above the golden beach of North Sands close to Salcombe. From here an enjoyable scenic walk brings you to the town itself, full of interesting shops, inns and restaurants and on the way you can appreciate the beauty of this picturesque estuary, busy with the comings and goings of boats attracted to this yachting haven. Back on the terrace we can't think of a more pleasant place to be whilst enjoying an al fresco meal or a quiet read in the sun and the sunroom provides a vantage point from which to observe the ever changing moods and colours of the sea, whatever the weather. This is a great destination at any time of year and a bracing walk along the South West Coastal path in the spring or autumn can be followed by a cosy evening in the spacious lounge, listening to the crackle of the real fire. This is a very special holiday destination which we recommend highly. Please note: The sloped drive and steps from the parking area are a little steep in places so may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm.
