The property sleeps six in three bedrooms - Master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with King-size bed and a third, twin room with single beds. There is an extremely spacious sitting/dining room and a modern fully fitted kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and family bathroom with separate shower on the first floor. Outside there is a paved walled garden and terrace. Seasonal parking permit available. Lower Terrapins makes an ideal holiday base with its easy access to Salcombe’s waterfront and shops.
