Lower Fernlea is a pet-friendly apartment on Devon Road, in walking distance to Salcombe town centre, with glimpses of the estuary and Batson Creek. The property sleeps four people in one double, and one twin bedroom. The tiled kitchen, lounge and dining area has a feature stone fireplace, and allows two well behaved dogs. Outside there is off road parking spaces for two cars, as well as a private patio to the front of the property with occasional furniture. Near Salcombe town centre, with its boutique shops, great eateries and stunning scenery, Lower Fernlea is a great retreat for a young family or couple.
