Within walking distance of Salcombe’s town centre. Providing well presented, light and airy accommodation over two floors, the apartment has three bedrooms, two bath/shower rooms, a sleek kitchen/breakfast room with appliances including an American fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a sitting room with outstanding views. There is direct access onto private tiered gardens and parking for one car.
