Provides three bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms. Ground floor kitchen/dining room with good sized table and chairs. Second floor sitting room with outstanding views across Salcombe Estuary. Parking is provided in the nearby public car park. Just a stone’s throw from Salcombe’s array of shops, restaurants and cafes, the unspoilt beaches are a short passenger ferry ride away. The property will accept a small well-behaved dog.
