There is a light and spacious lounge with an adjoining conservatory, a kitchen with separate utility, a dining room and a private garden with mature shrubs and trees, to enjoy eating al fresco. 1 Holmleigh is an ideal apartment for families or adult groups wanting to explore all that Salcombe has to offer.
