Burford House is a Georgian villa in the town of Ryde. There are six bedrooms set over four floors, with a mixture of doubles and twins, and three lovely bathrooms, one with whirlpool bath and rainfall shower with steam vent for added luxury. The living accommodation is just as spacious, with a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, reading room and children's snug. The garden offers a lawn and patio with furniture, and there is off road parking for two or three cars. Burford House is perfectly placed for enjoying Ryde, or exploring the island as a whole.

Third floor bathroom with whirlpool bath, rainfall shower with steam vent over, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast area (seats 6). Utility. Dining room. Sitting room (seats 9). Reading room (seats 2). Children’s snug (beanbag seating for 6).
Pressurised gas combi heating/hot water system. Gas range cooker, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x TVs with Sky+, PlayStation 2 & 3, Nintendo Wii, DVD, CD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and toys. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. There is off road parking for two cars through property gates, please be advised that this parking area is quite narrow. Additional space for one car in front of gates on the roadside and there is further roadside parking available on a first come, first served basis. Enclosed raised lawned and planted garden with patio, furniture and charcoal BBQ. Sorry no smoking and no pets. Shops, pubs and beach 8 mins walk.
