The Annex is a single-storey studio apartment in the market town of Rustington near Littlehampton in Sussex. The apartment, which is on the ground floor of a two storey annex to the owners' busy family home, has a bright, airy living area with double bed, two armchairs and a dining table with chairs. There is also a separate kitchen and small shower room. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and shared use of the owners' garden. With the amenities of the town a couple of minutes' walk away, and the chance to stroll from Rustington's beach all the way down the seafront to Littlehampton two miles away, The Annex makes an ideal base for couples seeking a simple seaside getaway.
There is wifi or internet access available at The Annex in Rustington. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Annex's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at The Annex. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Sole use of small raised seating area with furniture to side of main house. Shared use of owners' garden with raised decking and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 10 mins walk. Note: This property has its own separate entrance, accessed via 2 steps up. Note: The owner occupies the first floor of The Annex and surrounding rooms, therefore as a result some noise will be audible. They have two border terriers which have access to the garden. Note: The Annex is set back from the road, some road noise can be heard. Note: Babes-in-arms only.
