Bruan is a wonderfully presented cottage with an elevated position overlooking the harbour at Rothesay. It comprises seven bedrooms; a ground floor bedroom with en-suite walk in shower, basin and WC, super king-size double with en-suite walk-in shower, double basin and WC, a double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, two second floor doubles, two second floor singles. There are two bathrooms and a ground floor cloakroom, followed by a kitchen, dining room, sitting room with open fire, first floor sitting room with open fire, first floor study, second floor games room and a sun room. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars and an enclosed back garden with a summer house. Bruan is a fabulous holiday home for large groups, on the Isle of Bute.
