This hidden away, unique and stylish bijou holiday retreat with uninterrupted views over fields, is set in the garden of The Potting Shed in the pretty and sought-after village of Ringstead which boasts a shop and and pub; and The Gin Trap Inn, serving good locally-sourced food and over 100 gins no less! This love nest is ideal for a single traveller or indeed a couple who want to be only a short drive or cycle ride to Old Hunstanton beach, one of the prettiest stretches of sand along this coast.
This luxury garden annexe is hidden away and truly open-plan, and all on one level. Boasting beautiful open country views from its rear terrace, it has been carefully renovated by the owners who have managed to knit together the spirit of rustic country living with a luxury retreat. The finishing touches are particularly special; vaulted ceilings, oak beams, bi-fold doors to let the outside and views in, and a mezzanine level with ladder to appreciate those views. With underfloor heating to warm your toes during cosy winter nights and a bio-ethanol, free-standing living flame fire and sheepskin rugs, you can snuggle down on cooler evenings when you have every excuse not to go out.
The open-plan living area encompasses a sitting area, dining area and double bed, plus there is a good size wet room.
The Bothy is where you can literally escape and turn your back on the outside world.
On warmer days soak up the rays in the hammock, or pull out a chair and watch the sun set behind the trees as you toast the end of the day with a glass of champagne.

Two well behaved dogs welcome from September 2021 (small additional charge).
Guests may be staying at the main house (The Potting Shed) during your stay. This should not impact your enjoyment of The Bothy and the windows to the side have obscure glass fitted to maintain your privacy.
Please note that a refundable security deposit of £300 will be taken on booking this property.
