Somerwood is a luxury detached holiday home set half a mile from the village of Ribchester. Set over four floors, this wonderful cottage sleeps sixteen people in eight bedrooms, five of which have en-suites. There's also a separate bathroom and cloakroom available. The living areas consist of a kitchen with centre island and dining area, a sitting room with woodburner, a lower ground floor sitting room/play area, a billiard room, a games room and a cinema room. Outside are landscaped gardens, a tennis court, a hot tub, a sauna and a summerhouse. Somerwood is a superb retreat for families and friends.

Open fire, Fuel power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cots and highchairs. Ample off road parking. Front and rear landscaped lawned gardens enclosed with summerhouse and large, unfenced pond. Garden with hot tub (on request), plus converted stables housing a sauna, fire pit/barbecue and seating area. Tennis court (rackets and balls provided). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 8 mins walk. Note: Due to two balconies and unfenced pond in landscaped garden, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Please confirm via telephone or e-mail at least 14 days prior to arrival if you wish the zip/link beds to be made up as super king-size.
