Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One allocated parking space, plus additional roadside parking around the apartment and on the promenade. Balcony with table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 5 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Children should be supervised due to the balcony off the living area. Note: Lift available to second floor however, there are 16 steps leading up to the entrance of the main building. There is also a rear entrance with no steps that also lead to the lift. Note: Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
