Polgassic Mill is a delightful stone barn conversion, set in a peaceful rural location, enjoying a wrap around mature enclosed garden, through which runs a shallow stream.
The front cobbled patio area has views across farmland to distance hills to the west, with an additional decked terrace to the rear with its large table, chairs and a BBQ to dine al fresco in the morning sunshine.
This skilfully converted barn is set over 3 levels, has 4 bedrooms reached by quirky uneven stairways and the top floor has a 6 ft ceiling height.
This top floor has large Velux windows so plenty of light with one spacious twin bedroom and one spacious double bedroom and a bathroom.
There is a master with en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room on the middle floor.
The fabulous comfortable living room has a modern wood burning stove and a super conservatory, entered via the French windows.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you could wish for plus there is a separate dining room.
A beautiful property to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this rural location, but within easy access to the stunning beaches and the coastal path at Lansallos, only 1.2 miles away.
The exciting town of Fowey (accessed across the Bodinick Ferry) and the charming harbour town of Polperro 2.5 miles, plus the sandy beach and harbour town of Looe 6 miles, a wonderful part of Cornwall. Please note: this property may not be suitable for young children and people with walking issues, due to the uneven fairly steep stairs.
