Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops next to property, pubs less than a 1 min walk away. Note: There is limited headroom in certain areas of the apartment. Note: It's possible to load/unload outside the property only with turning space alongside the slipway, however the roads are very narrow, care to be taken. Note: No children under 12 years of age.
