There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen and a sitting/dining room. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car. Flat 4, 58 Southside Street is a superb base for exploring this corner of Devon.

Note: Due to the location of the property there maybe some noise, however the bedrooms are very quiet and peaceful as they are positioned at the rear of the property.
