The Chocolate House is a charming, ground floor barn conversion situated near to the town of Peterchurch in Herefordshire and benefits from open plan single storey living. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom as well as a shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and a front patio with furniture and use of the owner's large enclosed garden. Located in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside and yet a short drive away from Hay-on-Wye and the surrounding beautiful countryside, The Chocolate House is a superb romantic retreat.

Visiting dogs must be properly socialised and must not display aggressive behaviour in the presence of other unfamiliar dogs.
