The Little Place is a well styled and presented studio cottage in the heart of the pretty coastal village of Perranuthnoe, within a short walk of the popular cove and beach. Close to the resorts of Marazion and Penzance, it makes a superb couples retreat. The ground floor interior has an open plan living/bedroom with double bed, sofa, kitchen and smart wet room. There is a little patio at the front of the cottage with bijou table for two for sunshine dining. The secluded cove and mostly sandy Perranuthnoe beach is a short stroll away with cafe for refreshment, shop and white water framing scenic views of majestic St Michael's Mount. Popular with swimmers and surfers, enjoy spectacular seascapes from the South West Coast Path. The award winning Victoria Inn, one of the oldest pubs in Cornwall, offers traditional ales and good food within paces. Hire surf gear and take lessons at Praa Sands. Much loved Marazion and Porthleven are a short drive away. The Little Place makes a superb romantic escape for big Cornish adventures.
