With far reaching views towards the Perranporth sand dunes, Ocean Breeze is an eco-friendly contemporary, light and spacious holiday home, only a short walk from the large and lovely beach.
The up-side down accommodation takes full advantage of those views with the open-plan living area on the upper ground floor with two Juliette balconies. The sitting room has a cosy wood burning stove for cooler evenings and the stunning kitchen features a large Rangemaster cooker, high gloss units and a central island. Also on this level is a large utility room keeping the kitchen free of holiday laundry, a useful cloakroom and one of the four bedrooms, a twin room.
Downstairs on the lower ground floor are the remaining three bedrooms; a master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and doors to a pretty patio; a double bedroom, again with an en-suite shower room and finally a single bedroom with a pull-out trundle bed. A family bathroom and large dressing room with plenty of wardrobe space is also on the lower ground floor.
Outside, the landscaped gardens are terraced with deck and patio area, perfect for alfresco meals or just taking in the views with a good book and glass of something cold.
