Prospect Cottage is a detached cottage, situated within the town of Perranporth. It houses three bedrooms; one double and two charming twin bedrooms. On the first floor you will also find a family shower room, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, in addition to an outdoor WC room. Inside, you will also find an open-plan sitting room, with a dining area, featuring a woodburning and an electric fire. Outside you will find a delightful patio area with a seating area, lawned area, a summer house and parking suitable for 2/3 cars.
