The Spyglass is an unusual cottage is situated in the centre of Penzance in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep eight people in three bedrooms which are made up of a super king-size double with sofa bed, a small double and a twin as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas as well as a utility. To the outside is on road free parking close by and chargeable car park close by. Set in a stunning location, The Spyglass is a great place to enjoy at any time of the year.

First floor bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. First floor open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting area with balcony. Ground floor games area. Ground floor Utility.
Gas central heating. Gas hob and electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and Netflix, WiFi, selection of books, games. Multi games table with table tennis, pool and air hockey. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. No private parking but on road free parking close by and chargeable car park close by. Shared enclosed garden across the road from the property. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: At weekends some associated noise may be heard due to close proximity of pub until 12.30am. Note: Children to be supervised due to balcony. Note: The ground floor is split level with five steps up to games room and double bedroom and a further three steps to bathroom, utility and twin bedroom. Note: The garden is across the quiet road from the property, and is privately owned by the owner, but is shared with another of their properties.
