There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is also a well-appointed kitchen/ diner and sitting room with a formal dining area and a gas fire. To the outside is a delightful enclosed courtyard area with patio furniture and there is also lockable bike storage and off-road parking for 3 cars.
