Groes Lwyd is a charming detached farmhouse in the hamlet of Pencoed near to Corwen in North Wales. the cottage can sleep eight people in four bedrooms comprising three king-size doubles (one with en-suite facilities) and one twin, as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen with dining area, utility, sitting room with woodburning stove and a second sitting room. To the outside of the property is off road parking for four cars and front, side and rear lawned gardens with patio, furniture and barbecue. Groes Lwyd is a lovely cottage, located in stunning countryside, suitable for a great holiday at any time of the year.

Note: The garden is enclosed and sloped and there is some unevenness around the garden and borders, care should be taken and children supervised. Note: The Rayburn in the kitchen is for decorative purposes only and must not be used. Note: Dogs to be kept on ground floor.
