The property has a reverse-level accommodation, with three lower ground-floor bedrooms; one double with basin, one twin and one single with en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. There is a ground floor open-plan living room a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has an enclosed garden area furniture, a barbecue and fire pit and a terrace area with furniture. 2 Chequers Cottage is the perfect spot for exploring the South coast of Devon.
