There is a separate bathroom and WC. Internally, there is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is also a snug room and utility. It has a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC, as well as a garage. There is ample off-road parking. Outside has private lawned garden with patio area and furniture. Greenacres is an excellent cottage for those family breaks.
