Little Wells is a picturesque country cottage situated in an idyllic rural position. It is over 200 years old and stands in its own delightful cottage gardens surrounded by fields.
A paved patio area to the rear is a real sun trap. The cottage has been renovated to a high standard by a conservation builder, with many original features retained, including beams and windows. There are reclaimed floorboards throughout. It is a much loved country retreat for the family that own it and the peaceful location is just perfect for a relaxing holiday, yet only a five minute drive to the bustle of Burnham Market and the North Norfolk beaches. The Jolly Farmers pub is a short walk away.

Little Wells is also available as a sleeps 4 option without the Annexe.
For those who use an electric shaver or toothbrush, please note there are no shaver points in the cottage, please bring an adaptor.
Please note: The bedrooms have a connecting door but can be reached individually by their own staircases.
Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
Please note: The stairs are Norfolk Winders. As with older character cottages, they are steep, enclosed, curved and narrow. Here the stairs are bare wood and there is no hand rail.
