This distinctive Grade II listed attached property, dating from 1870 and situated within the historic wooded hamlet of Membland, is located just outside the yachting havens of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo, and within a short drive of the beautiful coastline and beaches.
One of a group of houses created many years ago from the former stables of the estate of the banker, Edward Baring, later Lord Revelstoke, Mews Cottage boasts magnificent stonework and Dutch Gables, overlooking a mature and beautifully kept garden with wonderful terrace for al fresco dining. This well appointed and comfortably furnished home, which also has impressive green credentials of heating via an Air Source Heat Pump and EV charge point, is spread over three floors, provides a superb and peaceful base from which to explore the fabulous beaches, estuaries and coastline that this area has to offer, or simply sink into a comfortable chair and breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Please note: The Twin bedroom also provides a pull-out truckle bed for occasional use. If your party is 7 guests or fewer, please advise at the time of booking if the truckle bed is required to be made up.
