18 Polvella Close is a large, detached house over two levels, situated on the Pentire headland in Newquay, quietly tucked into a close, just a two minute walk from the Coast Path which leads to glorious Fistral Beach. It sleeps 8 in four bedrooms – two double, a twin and a bunk room, together with a shower-room and a bathroom. Living room, dining room, kitchen and garden room. Big mature garden surrounding it with outdoor warm shower. A lovely relaxing family house convenient for beach, bus, and town and just a four minute stroll from Fistral Beach; you could spend the week without needing to drive. 18 Polvella Close is a superb holiday home with much to offer, right on the doorstep.
