Sea View is an elevated cottage situated in the village of Newlyn in Cornwall. It offers two bedrooms which include a double and a twin bedroom, there is also a bathroom, the property is able to sleep four guests. Its interior also includes a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the outside you will find off-road parking, a side patio with furniture and a rear enclosed courtyard with furniture. Sea View is a stylish apartment enjoying superb coastal scenery and lying within easy reach of many of Cornwall's finest attractions.
There is wifi or internet access available at Sea View in Newlyn. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Sea View's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Roadside parking on private road, on a first come, first served basis. Once your space is reserved this can be used for the week. Side garden, rear enclosed courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Beach and promenade 7 mins walk. Note: There are 7 steps up to property and in the terraced garden, care must be taken, therefore may not be suitable for young children or those with limited mobility. Note: Access to property is up a steep hill and care needs to be taken to negotiate the lane. Note: The private road to the property is partially made up and uneven.
