The Hayloft is a first floor barn conversion, located on a working farm in the Newlands Valley, five miles from Keswick. The property can sleep four people in two bedrooms - two super king-size doubles (zip and link), both with en-suite shower, basin, WC and heated towel rails. The living accommodation is open plan, with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove (there are a separate utility, bike storage and kennelling area on the ground floor of the barn). Outside, there is a small rear garden and patio with garden furniture, along with off road parking for two cars. With wonderful walking available on the doorstep and spectacular views to enjoy, The Hayloft is an ideal romantic, rural retreat.
There is wifi or internet access available at The Hayloft in Newlands. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Hayloft's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Note: The cottage is accessed via rear steps leading to a level entrance by the garden. A ramp also runs to the entrance. Note: The owners provide a steel kennel/cage in the utility room for pets if required.
