The bedroom and living space enjoy floor to ceiling glazed folding doors which open seamlessly onto the large decked terrace providing the perfect spot to dine alfresco. If time inside is preferred, the sitting room comes equipped with a Smart TV featuring accounts for Sky, Prime, Netflix and BT Sport. If you can possibly tear yourself away from this luxurious retreat, one can enjoy a stroll through the village to the local pub or hop in the car and visit the lively city of Exeter just 10 minutes away. For the outdoor lovers amongst you, Dartmoor National Park and the beaches of Dawlish Warren, Teignmouth and Exmouth are just a short car ride away.
