Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machines and tumble dryers in shared utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Shared use of lawned garden with furniture and BBQs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 4.5 miles. Note: There are some sloping ceilings. Note: Accessed up 14 stone external steps, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Deepwater area in shared paddock is fenced off (Please be aware around this area children to be supervised). Note: Please refrain from using electronic audio equipment (except with headphone) in the grounds. Acoustic instruments can be used in the grounds until 10.30pm. Note: This property does not accept any Hen/Stag parties or similar.
