Kemyel Wartha Farmhouse is a beautiful detached farmhouse, 2.5 miles from the village of Mousehole in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms consisting of two king-size doubles (one with en-suite facilities) and a twin bedroom, together with a family bathroom. The farmhouse also contains a kitchen with dining area, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside of the farmhouse is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Located in a stunning area, Kemyel Wartha Farmhouse is a fantastic property to be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars, within the gated area. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. The two bathrooms are laid out in a traditional style with baths rather than showers. Note: The stairs although wide are wooden and care must be taken. Note: Please do not park on the grass verge outside. Note: Access to the property is via a one mile private gravelled track, unsuitable for low chassis vehicles. Note: Property has a private water supply and septic tank. Note: Please wear slippers when downstairs and when using the stairs. Note: Guests need to stipulate when booking if they require the housekeeper to assemble the hearth guard for the woodburning stove. Note: Check-in 4pm.
