The Keepers Lodge is a superb detached stone cottage is situated in delightful countryside, close to a 4000-acre shooting estate, 2.5 miles from the village of Morfa Nefyn. The cottage sleeps twenty people in eight bedrooms, and there's also three bathrooms on the ground floor. The cottage also has a conservatory with kitchen and sitting area, a dining room with comfy seating and a snug with open fire. Outside there's off road parking for eight cars and a front and side lawned garden with furniture, fire pit and barbecue. The Keepers Lodge is a wonderful family base for exploring this lovely area of North Wales.

Dining room (seats 20) with comfy seating. Snug (seats 5) with open fire.

Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and fuel for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own towels for the Hot Tub). 2 x cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 8 cars. Gravelled garden with furniture, Hot Tub (please bring own towels for the Hot Tub), fire pit and BBQ. Catering available on request and at additional cost; contact the owner prior to your stay. Two well-behaved dogs welcome on tiled floors only, kennels available. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: First floor bedrooms accessed via separate staircases. Note: The first floor bedrooms have restricted headroom and exposed beams. Note: Open staircase to first floor eaves family room. Note: Access partly along an unadopted lane. Note: Due to the property being in a remote country location, Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: This is a family property designed for family holidays and family celebrations.
