Splashy Mill Annexe is a ground floor apartment situated beneath the owners' home, close to the village of Moddershall near Stone. Overlooking the Splashy Mill in the Lower Moddershall Valley, this single-storey apartment sleeps two people in a double bedroom with en-suite shower. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a side patio with furniture. Splashy Mill Annexe is a convenient base for a couple who wish to explore both Staffordshire and the Peak District.
