West Vane, a spacious two storey apartment within Colmer House is located on the beautiful 18th Century restored country estate and is set in 28 acres of private grounds which indoor and outdoor swimming pools, woodland, a fishing lake and meadows. The estate is centrally situated in the heart of the South Hams and within easy reach of many beautiful beaches, Dartmoor and the pretty towns of Dartmouth, Totnes, Modbury, Kingsbridge and Salcombe. Whilst there is plenty to occupy busy people at Colmer, there are many places within the extensive grounds of this lovely place for those seeking peace and tranquillity in an idyllic location. - Outdoor kidney shaped swimming pool (heated June, July and August).
- An excellent indoor heated (all year) swimming pool.
- Newly surfaced all weather tennis court (please bring own equipment).
- Croquet lawn.
- Opportunities to play basketball, football, table-tennis and boules.
- Coarse fishing and picnicking by the private lake. (Fishing tackle and

Well equipped and comfortable and enjoys a lovely aspect from the windows and spacious private lawn that overlook the woods and fields that surround this magnificent country estate.
Entrance to front door. Spacious living room with tall ceiling high sash windows, two generous sofas and armchairs, Smart TV, DVD player, bookshelves withbooks and games. Dining table to seat up to 6.
