The front door entrance is at the side of the property into a small Hall with stairs leading to the first floor and the sitting room to the left and the dining room to the right The sitting room is at the front of the cottage both windows affording lovely views over the Bristol Channel The dining room has a large table with ample room to seat 8 The kitchen is the far side of the dining room and an external door leads to the courtyard garden
At the far end of the kitchen is the shower room with toilet and hand basin
On the first floor there are two of the bedrooms one double bedroom with dressing room area and sea views and one single bedroom also with sea view
The family bathroom is also on the first floor comprising corner bath shower unit toilet and hand basin The other two bedrooms are on the second floor one double bed and one twin with sea view
One dog max is welcome by prior arrangement for supplement of
15 Please do not leave your dogs alone in the property and do not allow them on the furniture
