Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Enclosed rear patio with table and chairs. Communal lawn area with heated swimming pool and garden area with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub within 5-minute walk. Note: Sundeck and heated swimming pool are available from middle of May to the middle of September. Note: There are 3 steps down from the driveway to property entrance. Note: Adults only.
