The Trainer's House is situated in Eddlethorpe, near Malton. The cottage sleeps fourteen people and has three first floor double bedrooms, one with en-suite, two first floor twin bedrooms, one with en-suite and one second floor twin bedroom with an en-suite. There is also a main bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor there are a large fitted kitchen with a dining area, a spacious sitting room with a woodburner, a second sitting room/library with a sofa bed and a separate indoor heated swimming pool with a motorised cover. Outside the cottage has ample off road parking and a rear lawned garden and patio with furniture and a BBQ and access to 40 acres of woodland and grounds. With beautiful surroundings to discover and the popular, historic city of York nearby, The Trainer's House is a fantastic setting for a break at any time of year.
