Rectory Stables is situated at one end of The Old Rectory which is occupied by the owners
The two properties have separate entrances and outside areas
Please note Malmsmead is situated in a valley on Exmoor and therefore mobile phone signal cannot be obtained however the owners live in the adjoining property and you may use their landline for any emergency phone calls Wifi is available in the property at no extra cost
Dogs Sorry dogs are not permitted in Rectory Stables
Smoking Rectory Stables is strictly non-smoking
Arrival and departure The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival
Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests
