The Granary is an extremely attractive barn conversion – the ideal base for couples or families looking for a peaceful property in the heart of the South Devon countryside, with or without a dog! The property accommodates up to five people in three bedrooms (a double, twin and single) and also has a family bathroom, and a family shower room. There is also a kitchen, lounge, dining area and utility room. Outside is a private paved terrace, communal garden and parking for two cars. With the South West Coast Path nearby, and Salcombe and Kingsbridge within easy reach, The Granary is a superb, well-located retreat.
