This delightful 18th century, stone-built barn conversion is situated close to the owner's farmhouse on a 4.5 acre eco-friendly smallholding. Specialising in rare breed pigs, sheep, ducks and chickens, the farm is also home to a wildlife pond and is set on the outskirts of the hamlet of Mainstone. The property itself is surrounded by wooded pastures and offers comfortable, well-equipped accommodation. This includes a spacious, triple aspect sitting room with superb views, three lovely bedrooms and a cosy lounge. The large garden boasts a spring-fed stream with decking across it, making this an incredibly relaxing outdoor space.

Shops/pubs/restaurants 5.5 miles. Minsterley shooting ranges and trout/carp fishing 10 miles. Note: Property is accessed via farm track with a steep concreted descent at the end, take care during winter weather. Note: Although water feature is shallow, please take care and children to be supervised by the wildlife pond. Note: There is a spring-fed water supply to the property which is tested regularly. Note: Dog owners should be aware there are sheep in the paddock next to the cottage garden.
