Within the prestigious Maenporth Estate, 65 Lower Maen is a smart, comfortable house on two levels with long, lovely views over the landscaped gardens to the sea and coast. Sleeping six in three bedrooms – a double with en suite shower-room, a twin, and a bunk, plus bathroom. Spacious open-plan living-dining room and kitchen and WC. French windows to patio. At no extra cost there is a large indoor heated swimming pool (50’ x 23’ x 3’3” to 6’6” deep), jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis, pool table and two tennis courts in 30 acres of landscaped gardens with large BBQ area, woodland walks and children’s play area, all for your use. The sandy beach and excellent restaurant are about 5 minutes’ walk down a steep hill; dinghy park available. An excellent, warm and comfy all-year-round base for walking, leisure activities and lovely gardens. But if you want to venture further, the lively, nautical town of Falmouth with its maritime museum is nearby.
