Morva is a smart, comfortable house on two levels within the prestigious Maenporth Estate. The property sleeps 6 in three bedrooms - a double, a twin and a bunk room with a ground floor shower-room and a bathroom. The open-plan living-dining room and smart kitchen has French doors opening to a neat patio - just perfect for al fresco meals or a quiet moment, watching amazing sunsets. Free use of a large indoor heated swimming pool (50’ x 23’ x 3’3” to 6’6” deep), jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis, pool table and two tennis courts in 30 acres of landscaped gardens with large BBQ area, woodland walks and children’s play area. Sandy beach and excellent restaurant are 5 minutes’ walk down a steep hill. Dinghy park available. An excellent, warm and comfy all-year-round base for walking, leisure activities and lovely gardens.
There is one or more televisions at Morva. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
