Bay View House is a wonderful, detached cottage that occupies a fantastic position overlooking the sea, in Lynmouth, Devon. The cottage has five bedrooms, four with en-suite facilities, and can sleep ten people. The rest of the cottage is made up of a shower room, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area and two sitting rooms. To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking for three cars, and a balcony garden with furniture and sea views. Bay View House is a wonderful cottage that is ideal for a family holiday by the sea.

Note: Property accessed via steep steps from the car park, may be unsuitable for the less mobile. Note: There is restricted turning space for long vehicles. Note: The stairs to second floor are narrow and steep and there is restricted headroom.
