This beautifully decorated detached cottage is situated in the popular Georgian town of Lymington. The property, overlooking Lymington River, has been refurbished to a high standard as the owners own holiday home, available for a limited season for visitors. This three bedroom, two bathroom property boasts versatile and comfortable accommodation. Downstairs you will find a spacious, open and bright kitchen/diner with bi-folding doors on to the patio with sun loungers and patio furniture, bringing the outside inside. The sitting room has been transported upstairs to make the most of the stunning river views, with patio doors onto the balcony area so you can sit, relax and watch the world go by. Walk from the front door to the marina across the road leading out to Lymington Sea Wall. The sea wall leads round to the small village of Keyhaven passing the beautiful Nature Reserve with many species of bird. Just a minutes' walk to the nearest pub, a 10 minute walk to the Quay and 15 minute walk to the bustling High Street with many boutiques, shops and other eateries Alexandra Cottage makes an ideal base for those wanting to holiday on the coast with easy access to the New Forest National Park.
