This contemporary property, complete with underfloor heating, is perfect in all seasons to enjoy the ever-changing scenery. From the balcony, enjoy the magnificent views across to Newquay Bay along with the most breath-taking sunsets.
The light and airy open-plan living accommodation is complemented with high specification appliances including a 43 inch flatscreen television and Bayan Audio SoundScene Bluetooth speaker system. The master bedroom has its own access to the balcony along with a lovely en-suite shower room. Bedroom two is made up of twin single beds and is serviced by the family bathroom.
Walkers can easily access the South West Coastal Path and the popular walk up to Watergate Bay and the property has a useful, lockable outside surf store and shower with body boards and beach equipment which you are welcome to use during your stay.
