Deer's Holt and Bank Voles Nest are two single storey, attached cottage style properties, set in a small complex of 12 similar separately owned properties, all benefiting from well maintained award winning grounds and a heated swimming pool. These cosy and compact propeties are faced in Cotswold stone and Deers Holt was completely refurbished in 2019, which boasts open plan living space, comprising of kitchen, dining and lounge area (overlooking the heated pool). The accommodation is well presented with neutral, contemporary colours and furnishings throughout, bringing a warm welcoming flair to the whole property. These two properties offer the perfect match for two families, or perhaps grandparents wanting to holiday together, whilst retaining some privacy.
Outside there is a communal garden and a patio area to the side of this property with garden furniture. The heated swimming pool is kept in excellent condition. Please Note: Swimming pool: Children over 2 years welcome, but only over the age of 4.5 years in the pool area & supervised.
