There is a fantastic sized patio, ideal for al fresco dining or simply enjoy a cool glass of wine on a summers evening after a day of exploring this scenic area. Equipped with a superb kitchen, generous living space and stunning countryside views to relax and enjoy, with abundant wildlife all around. This beautifully converted barn is the perfect location for a family wanting a comfortable base for a holiday or couples seeking a romantic break or country retreat near the coast. Uploders is a pretty village in the heart of stunning countryside, This is an ideal base from which to explore the Jurassic Coast and all it has to offer. West Bay which featured on the TV drama Broadchurch is only five miles away and the spectacular World Heritage Coastline is within easy driving distance. Lyme Regis and Charmouth (famous for fossils), Abbotsbury, and the county town of Dorchester a short drive away and the lively market town of Bridport with its an array of eclectic shops, art deco cinema, Arts Centre and every Wednesday and Saturday the famous street market selling artisan food and bric-a-brac For those who love walks and nature you could not be in a better place with walks in every direction, Head to Eggardon Hill which lies about 1.5 miles south-east of the village. On the summit is a 14-hectare Iron Age Hill Fort with amazing views of Dorset AONB and Lyme Bay, or discover the ancient woodland of Powerstock Common. Circular walks from Powerstock takes in large sections of disused railway line, ideal for cycling. The Spyway Inn offer good Dorset food, and is within walking distance of the property. Short Breaks may be available in the quieter months.
